Mental Health Awareness Month is the perfect opportunity to take stock of your mental wellness — of how you’re feeling, of what’s causing stress, of what brings you joy — but it’s important to make your mental health a priority throughout the year.
So let’s think of May as a starting point. Let’s work to maintain this awareness of our well-being and the well-being of those around us. And let’s start making plans that promote our wellness, as a way of life, day in and day out.
